Why the fight to be fit? For me it has always been a fight, maybe different than yours. I am not obese, and some might even say I'm not overweight. I'm also a survivor. A breast cancer survivor. I know what you are thinking, "but you are so young." Yep. I get that all the time. I was diagnosed at 28 years old. I was in the best shape that I had been in since high school. THEN BAM! Chemo put on some weight... Ok, more than some.
So I canNOT believe I am about to do this. But here it goes. No turning back now. I started the 24 day challenge from Advocare today. The first 10 days are a cleanse phase and the last 14 days are a max phase. Stay tuned for more to come on my mission to get fit.
